Delivery
Shipments and deliveries are made on working days. The delivery day is strictly connected to the destination and the goods ordered. In any case, the precise day of delivery will be communicated in good time by telephone or e-mail.

The integrity of the product is guaranteed by the utmost care in the preparation of each packaging. However, if the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not pick it up and make the words "damaged package" on the document that the courier will ask you to sign.
Right of Withdrawal and Redemption Orders

The customer has the right to cancel within 14 working days of receipt of goods.
