«Lamafà... e l'am fatt!»

(we have to do it...and we did it!)

The 10 hectares of land of the Azienda Agricola Lamafà stretch out in the heart of Puglia, in the scenery offered by the Alta Murgia National Park, at the foot of Castel del Monte, the fascinating manor of Federico II of Swabia.

Intended for the cultivation of olive and almond trees, two plant species closely linked to the Apulian territory in whose mild and Mediterranean climate they find their most favorable and natural habitat.

Secular olive trees with gnarled trunks and deep roots that emanate strength and profound beauty alternate with young and handsome shoots, all of 100% Apulian cultivars, among which the "Coratina" and "Ogliarola Barese" varieties stand out for their organoleptic and sensorial qualities. Both typical of the central area of the province of Bari.

Adjacent to the olive grove, a vast almond grove winds its way with ancient varieties of Apulian almond trees belonging to local varieties of hard-shelled almonds.

Our mission is to produce in a healthy and absolutely natural way and in full respect of our land and its life cycles, to guarantee a natural product that fully expresses the typical and exclusive flavors of the territory.

We take care of our plants with extreme dedication and attention to their and our health, excluding the use of herbicides, pesticides and other harmful substances. Our trees grow "happy", caressed by the sun and the wind of the Apulian Murgia and pampered exclusively by attentive and expert hands, our hands.
